H.R. 168--A bill to amend the Small Business Act to establish programs 
    and undertake efforts to assist and promote the creation, 
    development, and growth of small business concerns owned and 
    controlled by veterans of service in the Armed Forces, and for 
    other purposes; to the Committees on Small Business; Veterans' 
    Affairs, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
    Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
    within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
