H.R. 1631--A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to make 
    coverage under the health benefits program for Federal employees 
    available to military dependents and military retirees, and for 
    other purposes; to the Committees on Government Reform and 
    Oversight; National Security, for a period to be subsequently

    provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
    concerned.
