H.R. 1628--A bill to establish a demonstration project to study and 
    provide coverage of routine patient care costs for Medicare 
    beneficiaries with cancer who are enrolled in an approved clinical 
    trial program; to the Committees on Ways and Means; Commerce, for 
    a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each 
    case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
