H.R. 1501--A bill to strengthen Federal law with respect to the 
    prohibitions against and penalties for acts which sabotage or 
    otherwise threaten the safety of rail transportation and mass 
    transit; to the Committees on Transportation and Infrastructure; 
    the Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
    Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall
