H.R. 1468--A bill to amend the Personal Responsibility and Work 
    Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 to modify provisions 
    restricting welfare and public benefits for aliens; to the 
    Committees on Ways and Means; Commerce, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
