H.R. 1464--A bill to amend titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security 
    Act to expand and make permanent the availability of cost-
    effective, comprehensive acute and long-term care services to 
    frail elderly persons through Programs of All-inclusive Care for 
    the Elderly [PACE] under the Medicare and Medicaid Programs; to 
    the Committees on Ways and Means; Commerce, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
