H.R. 1449--A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose 
    an annual tax on outdoor advertising to provide funding for 
    surface transportation programs, and for other purposes; to the 
    Committees on Ways and Means; Transportation and Infrastructure, 
    for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each 
    case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
