H.R. 1374--A bill to establish a U.S. Health Service to provide high 
    quality comprehensive health care for all Americans and to 
    overcome the deficiencies in the present system of health care 
    delivery; to the Committees on Commerce; Ways and Means; the 
    Judiciary; the Budget, for a period to be subsequently determined 
    by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions 
    as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
