H.R. 1364--A bill to provide grants to States to provide uninsured 
    children with access to health care insurance coverage and to 
    amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the excise 
    taxes on tobacco products for the purpose of funding such grants 
    and reducing the deficit; to the Committees on Commerce; Ways and 
    Means; Education and the Workforce, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
