H.R. 1305--A bill to provide for the transfer to the University of 
    Puerto Rico of title to Federal real property and improvements 
    used to operate a center for research on primates, and for other 
    purposes; to the Committees on Commerce; National Security, for a 
    period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
    for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
