H.R. 1264--A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit 
    gunrunning, and provide mandatory minimum penalties for crimes 
    related to gunrunning; to the Committees on the Judiciary; 
    Government Reform and Oversight, for a period to be subsequently 
    determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
    provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
    concerned.
