H.R. 1263--A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to provide 
    access to health care insurance coverage for children and to amend 
    the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the excise taxes on 
    tobacco products for the purpose of offsetting the Federal 
    budgetary costs associated such insurance coverage; to the 
    Committees on Commerce; Ways and Means; Education and the 
    Workforce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
    Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
    within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
