H.R. 1201--A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to 
    establish a medication evaluation and dispensing system for 
    Medicare beneficiaries, to improve the quality of pharmaceutical 
    services received by our Nation's elderly and disabled, and to 
    reduce instances of adverse reactions to prescription drugs 
    experienced by Medicare beneficiaries; to the Committees on Ways 
    and Means; Commerce, for a period to be subsequently determined by 
    the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
    fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
