H.R. 1158--A bill to amend the Comprehensive Environmental Response, 
    Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 to restrict the liability 
    under that act of local educational agencies; to the Committees on 
    Commerce; Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be
