H.R. 1157--A bill to amend the Comprehensive Environmental Response, 
    Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 to provide that the U.S. 
    Army Corps of Engineers perform contract oversight of fund 
    financed remedial actions under that act; to the Committees on 
    Commence; Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be 
    substantially determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
