H.R. 107--A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that 
    the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund be excluded from 
    the budget of the United States Government; to the Committees on 
    the Budget; Government Reform and Oversight, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
