H.R. 1002--A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to 
    standardize coverage of bone mass measurements under part B of the 
    Medicare Program; to the Committees on Commerce; Ways and Means, 
    for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each
