S.J. Res. 277--Joint resolution to authorize the Armed Force Monument 
    Committee, the United States Armor Association, the World War Tank 
    Corps Association, the Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge, and 
    the 1st, 4th, 8th, 9th, 11th, 14th, and 16th Armored Division 
    Associations jointly to erect a memorial to the ``American Armored 
    Force'' on U.S. Government property in Arlington, Va., and for the 
    other purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
