S. Con. Res. 105--A concurrent resolution expressing support for the 
    United States to pursue vigorously any outstanding arms control 
    compliance concerns through appropriate confidential channels, and 
    at the same time to continue to carry out its obligations and 
    commitments under, and otherwise continue to abide by, the 
    provisions of existing strategic arms agreements; to the Committee
