S. 2406--A bill to amend the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development 
    Act to prohibit an officer or employee of the Department of 
    Agriculture who acts upon or reviews an application for a loan for 
    the purchase of land under such act from acquiring an interest in 
    such land for a period of 5 years after such action or review; to 
    the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry.
