S. 2404--A bill to require the Secretary of Agriculture to make 
    indemnity payments to owners and operators of farms for damages 
    arising from actions taken by personnel of the Army Corps of 
    Engineers at the W. G. Huxtable Pumping Station in the State of 
    Arkansas during May and June of 1983 to regulate the flow of the 
    St. Francis River; to the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and 
    Forestry.
