S. 2329--A bill to amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act 
    of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to improve 
    retirement income security under private multiemployer pension 
    plans and to remove unnecessary barriers to employer participation 
    in those plans for modifying the rules relating to employer 
    withdrawal liability, asset sales, and funding, and for other 
    purposes; to the Committee on Labor and Human Resources.
