S. 2269--A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to improve 
    various aspects of Veterans' Administration health care programs 
    and to provide eligibility to new categories of persons for 
    readjustment counseling from the Veterans' Administration; and to 
    require the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs and the Secretaries 
    of Defense and of Health and Human Services to submit a report on 
    alternatives for providing Federal benefits and services to 
    individuals who, as civilians, provided the services to the U.S. 
    Armed Forces in Vietnam during the Vietnam era; and for other 
    purposes; to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs.
