S. 2146--A bill to require States provided assistance under part B of 
    title XIX of the Public Health Service Act to expand prevention 
    and treatment programs for alcoholism, alcohol abuse, and drug 
    abuse among women, and to require the Secretary of Health and 
    Human Services to conduct research on alcoholism, alcohol abuse, 
    and drug abuse among women; to the Committee on Labor and Human 
    Resources.
