S. 1381--A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to 
    provide for a 6-month transitional benefit for an individual who 
    is a widow, surviving divorced wife, widower, or surviving 
    divorced husband whose spouse or former spouse died while such 
    individual was between the ages of 55 and 60; to the Committee on 
    Finance.
