H.R. 6151--A bill to amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to 
    permit the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to 
    change a State's priority list of wastewater construction projects 
    if the administrator determines that Federal funds for such 
    projects have not been equitably distributed within such State; to 
    the Committee on Public Works and Transportation.
