H.R. 6035--A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide 
    that surviving spouses of enlisted members of the Armed Forces who 
    served during a period of war before World War II and who died of 
    a service-connected disability shall be entitled to dependency and 
    indemnity compensation [DIC] at no less than the rates for the 
    surviving spouses of veterans whose highest pay grade was E093; to 
    the Committee on Veterans' Affairs.
