H.R. 5627--A bill to amend the United States Housing Act of 1937 to 
    promote a stable economic mix of families residing in public 
    housing by authorizing public housing agencies to establish 
    maximum monthly rents for such housing based on unsubsidized 
    monthly rents, debt service, and operating expenses, or other 
    relevant factors; to the Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban 
    Affairs.
