H.R. 5486--A bill to require certain youth-oriented organizations to 
    make adequate inquiry to insure that no individual, who has a 
    prior conviction for a sexual offense of which the victim was a 
    child, shall be hired by the organization, and to establish a 
    system for responding to such inquiries; jointly, to the 
    Committees on Education and Labor; the Judiciary.
