H.R. 4915--A bill to amend the Comprehensive Environmental Response, 
    Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (Superfund) to expedite 
    the cleanup of inactive hazardous waste disposal sites, to assist 
    the States in fulfilling their responsibilities under that act, to 
    improve the enforcement authorities under that act, to provide for 
    financial assistance for affected communities, to provide for the 
    regulation of underground storage tanks, and for other purposes; 
    jointly, to the Committees on Energy Commerce; Public Works and 
    Transportation.
