H.R. 4883--A bill to amend section 102 of the Social security 
    Amendments of 1983 to include individuals between the ages of 46 
    and 55 within the special provisions (now applicable only to 
    individuals age 55 or over) which liberalize the insured status 
    requirements for certain employees of nonprofit organizations 
    whose services were mandatorily covered by such amendments; to the 
    Committee on Ways and Means.
