H.R. 4563--A bill to provide for an analysis and evaluation by the 
    Secretary of Health and Human Services of the continuing 
    disability review program under titles II and XVI of the Social 
    Security Act and to provide for a moratorium on reviews under such 
    program until revised criteria governing disability determinations 
    are prescribed on the basis of such analysis and evaluation; to 
    the Committee on Ways and Means.
