H.R. 4368--A bill to amend the Agriculture and Food Act of 1981 to 
    expand the limitations applicable to payments made under the 
    Agricultural Act of 1949 to producers of certain agricultural 
    commodities to include payments in kind made under the authority 
    of the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act to such producers; 
    to the Committee on Agriculture.
