H.R. 4326--A bill to provide for the conduct of pilot and 
    demonstration projects to test methods in integrating the delivery 
    of services to needy individuals under the various Federal human 
    services programs and improving the administration of such 
    programs, and to amend part A of title IV of the Social Security 
    Act to make improvements in the program to aid to families with 
    dependent children so that such program will be more manageable, 
    more effective, and better designed to serve needy families; to 
    the Committee on Ways and Means.
