H.R. 4310--A bill to exempt individuals currently employed as U.S. 
    Department of Energy security inspectors from the physical fitness 
    requirements promulgated by the Department of Energy in chapter IV 
    of U.S. Department of Energy Order 5632 and from any other 
    physical fitness requirements promulgated by the Department of 
    Energy; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
