H.R. 3726--A bill to amend the act of May 27, 1955, to increase the 
    effectiveness of domestic firefighting forces and to insure prompt 
    and effective control of wildfires on Federal lands by permitting 
    the use of firefighting forces of foreign nations and the 
    reimbursement of such forces for costs incurred in fighting 
    wildfires throughout the United States, and for other purposes; 
    jointly, to the Committees on Government Operations; Foreign 
    Affairs.
