H.R. 3473--A bill to amend title XVI of the Social Security Act to 
    provide that reparations received by Holocaust survivors under the 
    German federal compensation law shall not be considered income for 
    purposes of determining an individual's eligibility for 
    supplemental security income benefits or the amount of such 
    benefits; to the Committee on Ways and Means.
