H.R. 3200--A bill to amend the Safe Drinking Water Act (title XIV of 
    the Public Health Service Act) to authorize appropriations for the 
    fiscal years 1984 through 1987, to insure the prompt promulgation 
    of drinking water regulations, to improve enforcement procedures, 
    and to provide greater protection for underground sources of 
    drinking water; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
