H.R. 1244--A bill to amend the provisions of title 31, United States 
    Code, relating to the President's budget to require it to 
    separately identify and summarize the capital investment 
    expenditures of the United States, to amend the Public Works and 
    Economic Development Act of 1965 to require the Secretary of 
    Commerce to conduct an inventory and assessment of the Nation's 
    public facilities, and for other purposes; jointly, to the 
    Committees on Government Operations; Public Works and 
    Transportation.
