H. Con. Res. 242--Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the 
    Congress that the President should direct the U.S. Ambassador to 
    the United Nations to introduce a resolution in the U.N. Security 
    Council to establish a U.N. peackeeping force to replace the 
    multinational peacekeeping force now deployed in Beirut, Lebanon;
