H. Con. Res. 240--Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the 
    Congress that the President should initiate discussions with the 
    Secretary-General of the United Nations, the president of the 
    Security Council, and all of the members of the Security Council, 
    to effectuate the replacement of the multinational force in 
    Lebanon with a U.N. peackeeping force; to the Committee on Foreign 
    Affairs.
