H. Con. Res. 223--Concurrent resolution to express the sense of the 
    Congress that the United States should not recognize the 
    illegitimate Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and should call 
    for an immediate U.N. Security Council meeting to press for 
    immediate action to remove the Turkish occupation forces from 
    Northern Cyprus; to the Committee on Foreign Affairs.
