"All foods, raw and processed, imported and domestic, and all beverages, including alcoholic and malt beverages, imported and domestic, except:

Also decontrolled by Arndt. 69 were:
"Sales of food and beverages by eating and drinking establishments and other sellers covered by Restaurant Maximum Price Regulation No, 1 and Restaurant Maximum Price Regulation No. 2."
Note:- The above decontrols have the effect of superseding all previous decontrols of foods and beverages, and making obsolete all previous qualifying Notes with respect to such decontrols, except for those retained in Arndt. 69 and still effective, as quoted above.
However, since certain agricultural commodities, such as agricultural chemicals, remain under control, and these are on occasion being specifically decontrolled, the listing of Group A will be continued, so that it may be used as a reference for the source of individual decontrols.
