Today there remains one basic priority regulation, namely, Priority Regulation No. 28, which was issued to afford bottleneck-breaking assistance to industry during this reconversion period. This regulation provides an application form, CPA-541 A, by which industry may seek assistance in the way of a preference rating.
With the closing of the Civilian Production Administration (formerly War Production Board) field offices on December 31, 1945, this application form CPA-541A can now be obtained from any one of the following three sources:
1.	Superintendent of Mails in selected Post Offices (see list below).
2.	Smaller WTar Plant Corporation field offices.
3.	Civilian Production Administration, Room 1501, Social Security Building, Washington, D. C.
Inquiries or requests concerning any other form, order, or regulation must be directed to the Civilian Production Administration, Room 1501, Social Security Building, Washington 25, D. C.
