Today there remains one basic priorities regulation, namely Priorities Regulation No. 28, which was issued to afford bottleneck-breaking assistance to industry during this reconversion period. This regulation provides an application form, CPA-541 A, by which industry may seek assistance in the way of a preference rating. This application form CPA-541 A may now be obtained from any one of the following three sources:
1.	Superintendent of Mails in selected Post Offices (see list below).
2.	Smaller War Plant Corporation Field Offices.

RECONVERSION HOUSING PROGRAM
CPA PRIORITIES REGULATION 33
Priorities Regulation 33 has been issued to promote the building of moderate cost housing accommodations to which veterans of World War II will be given preference. Priorities assistance will be given under this regulation by the issuance of HH ratings which may be used only for certain building materials listed in the regulation. Directions 1 through 7 to the regulation are listed below. They explain the use of HH ratings for certain of these materials and give other rules affecting suppliers.
PRIORITY REGULATIONS EFFECTIVE UNDER THE RECONVERSION HOUSING PROGRAM
PR-33 Amended 1-11-46 Sets up the reconversion housing program of CPA. It assists private builders, educational Incl. Sch. A	institutes and others to build moderate cost housing accommodations to which World War II
veterans will be given HH preference rating for certain building materials for the construction.
