RECONVERSION HOUSING PROGRAM
CPA PRIORITIES REGULATION 33
Priorities Regulation 33 has been issued to promote the building of moderate cost housing accommodations to which veterans of World War II will be given preference. Priorities assistance will be givep under this regulation by the issuance of UH ratings which may be used only for certain building materials listed in the regulation. Directions 1 through 7 to the regulation are listed below. They explain the use of HH ratings for certain of these materials and give other rules affecting suppliers.

THESE FORMS ARE AVAILABLE IN SMALLER WAR PLANT CORPORATION FIELD OFFICES AND SELECTED POST OFFICES.
Today there remains one basic priorities regulation, namely Priorities Regulation No. 28, which was issued to afford bottleneck-breaking assistance to industry during this reconversion period. This regulation provides an application form, CPA-541A, by which industry may seek assistance in the way of a preference rating. This application form CPA-541 A may now be obtained from any one of the following three sources:
1. Superintendent of Mails in selected Post Offices (see list below).
2. Smaller War Plant Corporation Field Offices.
3. Civilian Production Administration, Room 1501, Social Security Building, Washington 25, D. C.
