SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Effective June 5, 2026, the Commission 
established a schedule for the conduct of the final phase of the 
subject investigations (91 FR 36613, June 17, 2026). Subsequently, the 
announcement of road closures and parking restrictions in Washington, 
DC, indicated an impact to the Commission and surrounding area for a 
period between August 14, 2026, and August 26, 2026. The Commission, 
therefore, is revising its schedule to continue to hold an in-person 
hearing in these investigations.
    The Commission's revised dates in the schedule are as follows: the 
prehearing conference will be held at the U.S. International Trade 
Commission Building on August 26, 2026, if deemed necessary; the 
hearing will be held at the U.S. International Trade Commission 
Building at 9:30 a.m. on August 27, 2026; the deadline for filing 
posthearing briefs is 5:15 p.m. on September 3, 2026.

Commission's notice cited above and the Commission's Rules of Practice 
and Procedure, part 201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part 201), and 
part 207, subparts A and C (19 CFR part 207).
    Authority: These investigations are being conducted under authority
