Glyphosate From China; Termination of Investigations

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Commission hereby gives notice of the termination of 
preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigation 
Nos. 701-TA-799 and 731-TA-1795.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: 
    Background: These investigations were instituted, pursuant to 
sections 703(a) and 733(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 
1671b(a) and 1673b(a)), in response to petitions filed on June 30, 
2026, by Monsanto Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Ruveon LLC

(St. Louis, Missouri).\1\ On July 17, 2026, petitioners withdrew these 
petitions at both the ITC and the Department of Commerce.\2\ Therefore 
these investigations are hereby terminated.
