AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Spiny Dogfish 
Monitoring Committee will hold a public meeting.

DATES: The meeting will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 11 
a.m.-1:30 p.m. For agenda details, see SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management 
Council's Spiny Dogfish Monitoring Committee will meet via webinar on 
Friday, September 12, 2025, from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The purpose of 
this meeting is for the Monitoring Committee to provide advice 
regarding the framework adjustment action that would modify spiny 
dogfish fishery accountability measures (including catch overage 
paybacks) and set upcoming (2026+) specifications. More information on
