Missouri

AGENCY: U.S. Small Business Administration.

SUMMARY: This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for the State of Missouri (FEMA-4867-DR), dated May 21, 2025.
    Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Tornadoes, and 
Wildfires.

DATES: Issued on May 21, 2025.
    Incident Period: March 14, 2025 through March 15, 2025.
    Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: July 21, 2025.
    Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: February 23, 
2026.

apply for a disaster assistance loan.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that as a result of 
the President's major disaster declaration on May 21, 2025, 
applications for disaster loans may be submitted online using the MySBA 
Loan Portal https://lending.sba.gov or other locally announced 
locations. Please contact the SBA disaster assistance customer service 
center by email at [email protected] or by phone at 1-
800-659-2955 for further assistance.
    The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected 
by the disaster:

Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): 
Bollinger, Butler, Camden, Carter, Franklin, Howell, Iron, Jefferson, 
Oregon, Ozark, Perry, Phelps, Reynolds, Ripley, St. Louis, Wayne, 
Webster, Wright.
Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):
    Missouri: Benton, Cape Girardeau, Christian, Crawford, Dallas, 
Dent, Douglas, Dunklin, Gasconade, Greene, Hickory, Laclede, Madison, 
Maries, Miller, Morgan, Pulaski, Shannon, St. Charles, St. Francois, 
St. Louis City, Ste. Genevieve, Stoddard, Taney, Texas, Warren, 
Washington.
    Arkansas: Baxter, Clay, Fulton, Marion, Randolph, Sharp.
